New York, USA The Sydney Opera House actually hosts six showrooms designed for opera, theater and ballet performances, with an outdoor amphitheater and it was built between 1956 and 1973. It is included in the UNESCO Heritage List of the year 2007.

The Great Barrier Reef is the “tropical forest” of the ocean, one of the most beautiful ornaments of the Earth – a colorful jewel of the immense ocean planetary. The largest reef system – the Great Barrier Reef is composed of over 2,900 distinct reefs and about 900 coral islands; it has a length of more than 2600 km and the covered area is about 344.4 thousand km².

The wind-washed sand chiselled the rounded shape of the Ayers Rock as an elephant’s back, which suddenly rose from the flat and arid area of Northern Territory in the central area of Australia. The old red rock, known as Uluru, has always been a sacred place for the ananguine aborigines. The name Uluru comes from the Uluritdja tribe who lived here. This name means a place in the shadow; the explanation being probably related to the southern part of the monolith, rarely exposed to the sun’s rays.

Kakadu National Park is made up of three major areas: a stony one, an area with plain forests and a swampy region situated on the shoreline. The park stretches over an area of 20,000 km². The park includes the South Alligator River drainage basin, and the diversity of the ecosystem here is enormous, including over 290 bird species, 26 Batracian species, 74 reptile species, 68 mammalian species, 10,000 insect species.

Famous for its warm and enjoyable weather, Queensland offers tourists the opportunity to explore the coast, from the vibrant Gold Coast, full of life, to the tropics, near the Great Barrier Reef. This region hosts both the Daintree National Park tropical forests and the Whitsundays islands.
